MPAC PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

The Executive Mayor, Cllr. Mamedupi Teffo presented the 2023/2024 Draft Annual Report to the public at Landmark Lodge in Polokwane on 06 March 2025.
The MPAC public hearing is a checkpoint to ensure the council’s executive team is on track and acting in the best interest of the municipality. It’s a chance for community representatives to scrutinise the annual report, focusing on projects implementation for the 2023/2024 financial year.
After the hearing, the MPAC will compile a report outlining its findings, which will be presented to the Council. This process promotes transparency, accountability, and good governance within the municipality.
The event brought together Magoši, MMC’s, Speakers, Chief Whips from local municipalities and community representatives from various municipalities to scrutinise and participate in the discussion.
