Bid documents are downloaded from the municipality website www.cdm.org.za at no fee. Queries relating to technical enquiries may be addressed to Mr.Kwena Mashiane at 015 294 1039 or mashianek@cdm.org.za or Masemola Violet @ 015 294 1210 or masemolav@cdm.org.za.
Completed bid document with supporting attachments must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the “Bid number, Project Name and the address of the municipality” and must be deposited in the tender box at Capricorn District Municipality, 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane not later than the specified closing date and time. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the date of closing. Telegraphic, telefax or e-mail bids will not be accepted. The Council is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid.
