In ensuring that the municipality continuously improves in its mandate to deliver the much-needed services, to its communities, CDM Executive Mayor Cllr. Mamedupi Teffo is continuing with the drive to consult the municipality’s stakeholders.On 11 April 2024, the Executive Mayor met the Business Sector and Academic Institutions, to consult them on the 2024/2025 Draft IDP/Budget. This is important for the municipality to get feedback from the recipients of its services, to know where to improve. The meeting took place at Landmark Lodge.
The Executive Mayor welcomed inputs and comments made and indicated that the municipality will look into them, and also the others will be communicated with local municipalities at the Intergovernmental Relations level. The municipality is also meeting Traditional Leaders of the district, in this regard at CDM’s Council Chamber today.
