Capricorn District Municipality MMC for SEMS Cllr Jara Masubelele joined the Acting Premier, MEC for Social Development Nkakareng Rakgoale at Ramokgopa Stadium to Launch the Youth Month. The launch was held on 02 June 2021
The purpose of the event was to launch the youth outh month and encourage youth to come up with solutions to decrease unemployment in the community.
The launch was attended by various stakeholders Stakeholders including National Youth Development Agency, South African Youth Committee, Limpopo Cosatu Young Workers Forum and department of Social Development.
Ramokgopa Moshate warmly welcomed Limpopo Government for choosing their area. This year’s National Youth Day and Youth Month is bbeing celebrated under the theme: “The Year of Charlotte Mannya Maxeke: Growing youth employment foe an inclusive and transformed society.”
