Executive Mayor John Mpe invites you to the launch of District Aids Council that is scheduled as follows:

Venue             : Jack Botes Hall, Polokwane

 

 

 

The Council serves a term of five years and is chaired by Executive Mayor and comprises of representatives of civil society, District Department of Health, NGO’s, faith-based structures and HIV/Aids activists. Its mandate is to undertake research, advise government and ensure that appropriate programmes are implemented to fight HIV/Aids. The launch will also honour the outgoing members of the Council for their service and dedication in the last five years.
