On 07 December 2025, Member of the Mayoral Committee responsible for Development Planning and Environmental Management Services Cllr Matome Masoga joined Office of the Premier: Limpopo Provincial Government Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba for the welcome dinner in honour of the Vice Chairperson of ANHUI CPPCC from China at The Ranch Hotel in Polokwane Municipality.Speaking to the delegate, the Premier highlighted the diplomatic ties between ANHUI and Limpopo dates back to 1998.
“Our two nations have forged a robust partnership shaped by shared goals in economic development, social prosperity and international cooperation,” said Premier.
She added the cooperative spirit has been further elevated through the participation in BRICS, where both of our nations play pivotal roles in shaping global affairs.
The Premier was joined by her Members of the Executive Committee, Acting Executive Mayors of Polokwane and Capricorn, University of Venda, other key stakeholders and government officials.
