The Executive Mayor of Capricorn District Municipality, Cllr Mamedupi Teffo, was among the key dignitaries who attended the State of the Province Address (SOPA) held on 05 March 2026 at Jack Botes Hall in Polokwane.The address was delivered by the Premier of Limpopo, Dr Phophi Ramathuba, who outlined the provincial governmentβs priorities, development plans and strategic interventions aimed at improving service delivery, growing the economy and strengthening governance across the province.
The event brought together government leaders, traditional leaders, business representatives and various stakeholders to reflect on the progress made and to set the tone for the year ahead.
