CDM Municipality
The 2024/25 Draft Annual Report is presented in compliance with Section 121(1) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003 (MFMA) and Section 46 of the Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000 (MSA) for consideration in accordance with Section 129 of the MFMA. In terms of section 121(1) of the MFMA, every municipality and municipal entity must prepare an annual report for each financial year.
The purpose of the Draft Annual Report is to provide a record of activities, report on performance against the approved budget, and promote accountability to the local community for decisions taken throughout the financial year.
The 2024/25 Draft Annual Report is attached hereto as an addendum and approved by Council and referring to MPAC for public participation.
