On 12 December 2025, the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee for Infrastructure, Cllr Sebolaishi Masemola, led an oversight visit to Matseke in Botlokwa under Molemole Local Municipality.The visit forms part of the committee’s ongoing mandate to monitor service delivery and track progress on key infrastructure projects across the municipality.
As part of the oversight, the committee assessed the Water Services Infrastructure Grant (WSIG) project the Matseke Water Supply. The project has just been completed with the pump house energised by Eskom.
