Only bidders registered on the central supplier database (CSD) and with a CSD number will be considered for this tender, as this is a requirement from the National Treasury.
Tender document not properly stapled or binded will lead to automatic disqualification Documents must be deposited in the bid box not later than 11:00 on 22 September 2023 when bids will be opened in public. Bidders must contact the following officials for any enquiries:

- Bids will remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date.
- Bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Capricorn District
Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid in whole or in part.
