Capricorn District Municipality hereby, in terms of Section 21 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No: 32 of 2000 as amended, invites organizations and Community Members within Capricorn District Municipality to Public Participation meetings  on the below-stated By-Laws:

1. Water and Sanitation By-Law
2. CDM Standard By-Law for Township Economy

Organisations and community members within the local municipalities are also invited to submit their comments on the above-mentioned By-Law; Copies of the By-Law can be obtained at the Capricorn District Municipal Offices at 41 Biccard Street POLOKWANE 0700 or website at www.cdm.org.za, all Local Municipal Offices (Office of the Speaker), Meshate ,  Thusong Service Centres and Fire Stations.

The comments must:

• Be in writing marked the name of the By-Law
• Be submitted on or before 30 March 2025.
• Be sent to email addresses: letswalot@cdm.org.za ; sedirengj@cdm.org.za; mashakoee@cdm.org.za , letsoalot@cdm.org.za or delivered to Municipal Offices at the address, 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane, 0700
• Members of the public with special needs are advised to go to the Municipal offices mentioned above between 08H00 and 16H00 or phone 015 294 1000, 076 509 5101 for assistance.
