CDM Municipality
Capricorn District Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 20(3)(b) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 which calls for the public to submit written representations in respect of the draft District Municipal Spatial Development Framework (MSDF) before approval.
The draft MSDF document can be electronically accessed from the municipal website at www.cdm.org.za or be requested via email to the Operations Manager: Spatial Planning, Ms Mashiloane Raisetsa Doris at thabar@cdm.org.za. The Spatial Development Framework will be open for comments for a 60-day period (from date of publication) and comments will close on 28 April 2025.
Hard copies of the report will also be made available to review during office hours at:
o 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane.
o CDM Fire Stations
o Traditional Authorities Offices
The inputs received will be assessed and incorporated into the Final Capricorn District Municipality Spatial Development Framework Report for approval by the Capricorn District Municipal Council.
