CDM PARTICIPATES IN THE SASSA ICROP AT MAKOPOTONG

On 08 December 2025, Capricorn District Municipality joined the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) for the Integrated Community Registration Outreach Programme (ICROP) at Makopotong village under Polokwane Municipality, strengthening its commitment to Batho Pele and bringing essential services closer to communities.
ICROP is conducted quarterly to improve access to government and social services, especially in rural areas. The programme brings together multiple stakeholders to ensure residents receive integrated and comprehensive support.
Stakeholders present included SAPS, the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education, SASSA, Correctional Services, Natural Instincts, Legal Aid, and Standard Bank, working together to serve and empower the community.
