NOTICE is hereby given in terms of section 19 (a) of Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000) read with Section 29A of Municipal Structures Act: that Ordinary Council meeting of Capricorn District Municipality will be held on Virtual Platform on Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 14h00 to consider, among others, tabling of Oversight Report on 2024/2025 Annual Report in terms Section 129(1)(2) of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No.56 of 2003).
