The Executive Mayor Cllr. Mamedupi Teffo joined the official proceedings of the funeral service of Lance Corporal Metse Stanley Raswiswi, at Ramokgopa in Molemole Local Municipality. Lance Corporal Raswiswi, is one of the SANDF members who lost their lives at the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.The official funeral proceedings of Lance Corporal Raswiswi took place at Botlokwa, Ga-Ramokgopa. Executive Mayor Cllr Mamedupi Teffo joined MEC for Department of Social Development Limpopo – DSD who paid tribute to the fallen hero on behalf of the Limpopo Provincial Government.
Giving a message of condolences MEC Florence Radzilani said, “As we gather here today in shared sorrow, we acknowledge the profound loss you have experienced with the passing of your beloved son in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Limpopo, a province that shares borders with three African countries, understands the weight of this sacrifice. Their sacrifice in the pursuit of peace and stability on our continent is an honour that we must recognise and celebrate.”
