Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that the 03/2017-2018 Ordinary meeting of the Council of Capricorn District Municipality will be held on Tuesday, 30 January 2018 at 10h00 in the Capricorn District Municipality Council Chamber at 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane, mainly to consider the 2017/18 Mid Year Organisation Performance Report and the 2016/2017 Annual Report, tabled by the Executive Mayor in accordance with Section 127 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003.
Members of the public and interested stakeholders, including the Media, are invited to attend.
