Capricorn District Municipality (“the municipality”) hereby publishes the Gazetted Water Services By-laws set out below as an attachment. They have been promulgated by the municipality in terms of section 156 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, and in accordance with section 13(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000).
