Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary meeting of the Council of Capricorn District Municipality (CDM) will be held on 26 July 2023 at 10h00 in the CDM Council Chamber, mainly to consider the Quarterly Organisational Performance Report in terms of s 52 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 read with Section 18(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, No. 117 of 1998, Audit Committee Report, 2023-2024 SDBIP and the IDP Process Plan. The meeting will be streamed on Municipal Social Media platforms.
