MPAC PUBLIC HEARING ON 2ND QUARTER REPORT

During the session, members of the committee reviewed the second quarter and mid-year organizational performance report for 2023/2024.

Councilors raised concerns and sought clarification on various issues related to the report. The meeting was chaired by Cllr. Lisbeth Mothata and attended by the Executive Mayor, Cllr. Mamedupi Teffo, who addressed questions and responded to MPAC. The speaker of Council, Cllr Kholofelo Lehong was also in attendance.

This hearing provides an important opportunity for transparency and accountability within the municipality, as well as ensuring that CDM is meeting its performance targets. The outcome of this meeting will play a crucial role in guiding future decisions and actions within the Capricorn District Municipality.
