EXECUTIVE MAYOR MEET THE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL OF GA-LEDWABA

The Executive Mayor Cllr Mamedupi Teffo accompanied by MMC for Infrastructure, Cllr Monica Mohale, MMC Nkoana and Cllr Ledwaba from Lepelle-Nkumpi took action to address confusion surrounding job employment, subcontractors, work rate per day, and Moshates protocol at Ga-Ledwaba traditional council within the Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality.
The meeting that took place on 04 February 2025, aimed to clarify misunderstandings and ensure a smooth working relationship between Moshate and the municipality on the implementation of water projects.
Executive Mayor Teffo has emphasized the importance of strong partnerships between traditional councils and the government to facilitate proper development in the community without any obstacles.
This meeting serves as a reaffirmation of the commitment to work together and address any issues that may hinder progress. The Executive Mayor’s efforts highlight a proactive approach towards promoting unity and collaboration between all stakeholders for the betterment of the community.
Through open communication and mutual understanding, the traditional council and the Municipality can work towards achieving their shared goals of improving the lives of the people in Ga-Ledwaba.
