Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 6 Section 34 (2) (3) of the Spatial Planning Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA) 16 of 2013 that Capricorn District Municipality together with Lepelle-Nkumpi, Aganang, Bouberg and Molemole municipalitiesΒ have agreed and taken resolutions for establishment of Joint Municipal Planning Tribunal for purposes of implementing SPLUMA.
