
This initiative aims to improve service delivery and enhance communication between the municipality and its citizens. The roadshows were held during the month of November in the following shopping complexes, Alldays, Senwabarwana, Paledi, Botlokwa Plaza, Dendron town, Tibane plaza, ZB mall, Lebowakgomo within the district, providing an opportunity for residents to interact with municipal officials and ask questions about the app.
Through this campaign, the municipality hopes to increase the usage of the CDM Talk App, which allows residents to report service delivery issues and track their progress in real-time. By reaching out to different communities, Capricorn District Municipality is taking proactive steps towards promoting transparency and efficiency in their service delivery processes. These roadshows demonstrate the municipality’s commitment to involving and empowering its citizens in local governance.
