But I must highlight that the empowerment of women is not only a fitness or moral imperative, itβs an economic no-brainer. Allow me to pose a question for all women here. Are you willing to commit to actions to help other women? What will your commitment be? I want you to think about this. We all play a role in creating a world where every girl and every woman can fulfil her potential without barriers and prejudice. Itβs not just about gender equality, itβs smart economics,β concluded Acting Executive Mayor.
