Capricorn District Municipality (CDM) congratulated the Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Corporate Services, Cllr Sammy Selamolela, on his achievement of obtaining a Master of Public Administration and Management. He is making education fashionable.
Cllr Selamolela’s research, titled “The Role of the District Development Model in Strengthening Cooperative Governance for Efficient Service Delivery: A Case of Capricorn District Municipality, Limpopo Province, South Africa,” demonstrated his strong commitment to improving governance and service delivery within the public sector.
The municipality noted that this milestone serves as an inspiration to leaders and communities to embrace lifelong learning and strive for excellence in public service. His masters degree was conferred at the University of Limpopo Graduation Ceremony held on 11 April 2026.
