Ronica Ngasama from Agriazo, a company that specialises in poultry farming based at Mamahule said ” You should persevere and excel in what you do, it is not always easy but giving up is not an option”. Ngasama came to encourage the women to do even better on their field of farming.This was during a Women in Agriculture and Marketing Empowerment session hosted by CDM, Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development and other stakeholders, at Mankweng ON 18 August 2022.
Thandi Nchabeleng who is a poultry farmer at Makekeng village said that she appreciates the information she gained, but she wish the department of agriculture and CDM can.assist them on business management skills including the issue of pricing.
Different forms of markets came to share with the women farmers how they work and how they can sell their produce to the market.
