On 17 December 2025, the Executive Mayor of CDM, Cllr. Mamedupi Teffo, joined Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba, MEC for COGHSTA, Basikopo Makamu, and Kgoshi Kgabo III Moloto during the handover of a fully furnished house to a beneficiary family, at Komape Village in Ga-Maleka, outside Polokwane.Addressing the gathering, Premier Ramathuba expressed appreciation to all stakeholders involved in making the project a success and encouraged the beneficiaries to take good care of their new home.
One of the beneficiaries, Nelly Komape, speaking on behalf of the 14 family members, said the house would greatly improve their quality of life and restore their dignity.
