Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 28 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that the Executive Mayor for Capricorn District Municipality invites all stakeholders to the 1^st IDP/Budget Representative Forum to present and consult with the public on the 2025/2026 Draft IDP/Budget Framework and Process Plan.

The forum is scheduled to take place as follows:

Time               : 10h00

Venue             : To be confirmed

This invitation is extended to Councilors, Ward Committees, Traditional Leaders, Religious Leaders, Representatives from NGOs/CBOs, Special Focus Groupings (Youth, Women and Persons, Academic Institutions, Businesses, Sector Departments, Parastatals and other interested and affected parties.
