In every organization, fresh faces bring new energy and ideas. And at the municipality, theres a new team ready to tackle challenges, and to serve our community deligently.CDM has today conducted an induction for 17 new employees at the Council Chamber to familiarize them with regulations and laws that govern public service.
They include 13 General Workers, Secretary to the Speaker, Whippery Coordinator, Chief Information Officer, and the VIP protector. They joined the organization with effect from 01 February 2025.
The induction was facilitated by Human Resources, with some presentations from other municipal departments like Finance.
Representatives from various pension funds and medical aids also took the employees through their products.
