Notice is hereby given in terms of Rule 272 of Council Rules of Order read with section 19 (b) of Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000) and Section 29A of Municipal Structures Act: that Special Council meeting of Capricorn District Municipality will be held on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, 10h00 at Jack Botes Hall – Polokwane Municipality mainly for the Executive Mayor to deliver the State of the District Address (SODA).
