Capricorn District Municipality Executive Mayor Cllr. Mamedupi Teffo attended the Polokwane State of the City Address (SOCA) held at Jack Botes Hall on 08 May 2026, accompanied by Speaker Cllr. Kholofelo Lehong and Chief Whip of Council Cllr. Matome Masoga.
The address was delivered by Polokwane Executive Mayor Cllr.
