Oversight Report on the 2013/14 Annual Report

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 and in accordance with Section 21(a) of the Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000 that the Municipality has adopted the 2013/14 MPAC Oversight Report and approved the 2013/14 Annual Report without reservations during the Special Council meeting which was held on the 23^rd March 2015, in Capricorn District Municipality Council Chamber at 12:00.
