Capricorn District Municipality draft Credit Control and Debt Collection By-Law and Tariff By-Law
Capricorn District Municipality hereby, in terms of Section 21 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No: 32 of 2000, invites organisations and Community Members within Molemole Local Municipality to a Public Participation meeting on its Credit Control and Debt Collection By-Law and Tariff By-Law which was previously to be held on 10 October 2014 as advertised in Sowetan dated 02 October 2014, has been postponed to a new date as follows:

Venue : Dendron Primary School
Time : 17H00
Organisations and community members within Molemole Local Municipality are also invited to submit their comments on the above mentioned By-Laws; Copies of the By-Laws can be obtained at the Capricorn District Municipal Offices at 41 Biccard Street POLOKWANE 0700 or website at www.cdm.org.za and at Molemole Local Municipality at 303 Church Street, MOGWADI 0715.
The comments:
•must be in writing;
•be submitted on or before 29 October 2014;
•be sent to email addresses: margarets@cdm.org.za and nkalanga@molemole.gov.za or delivered to Municipal Offices at the addresses below.
