Capricorn District Municipality hereby invites stakeholders to participate in the 1st IDP Representative Forum for 2015/2016 financial year. Notice is given in terms of Chapter 4 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000. The intention of the forum is to outline the 2015/2016 IDP/Budget Framework and Process Plan for the implementation of the development of the 2016/17-2020/21 Integrated Development Plan. The Forum is scheduled as follows:

This invitation is extended to all Councilors, Provincial Departments, Ward Committee Chairpersons, Representatives from Organised Stakeholder Groups: (NGO’s/CBO’s, Special Focus Groups, Academic Institutions, Organised Businesses, Implementing Agents/Parastatals/Service Providers), Representatives from Un-Organised Groups, Nominated Community Representatives, and other interested and affected parties.
