Further information required of the aforementioned positions is as follows:
The candidate recommended for appointment to the post shall be required to undergo a competency assessment in line with section 16(1) of Local Government: Regulations on Appointment and Conditions of Employment of Senior Managers (Government Gazette 37245 dated 14 January 2014).

Knowledge: Understanding of Good Governance, Labour Relations Act and other related prescripts, legal background and human capital.
