Capricorn District Municipality is one of the stakeholders that supported the Limpopo Department of education during their consultative engagement on the rationalisation of schools in the province. Member of Mayoral Committee for Strategic Executive Management Services, Cllr. Solly Mahlatji represented CDM’s Executive Mayor, Cllr Mamedupi Teffo at the meeting.The consultative meeting led by Limpopo Education MEC Mavhungu Lerule-Ramakhanya took place at Nirvana Primary School on 12 October 2022 in Polokwane. They consulted stakeholders from the two districts namely; Capricorn South and North Education Districts, on a program wherein about 64 schools in both districts will be merged to allow the smooth delivery and support of Curriculum.
