Capricorn District Municipality led by MMC for Strategic Executive Management Services Cllr Solly Mahlatji attended Moremadi a Hlabirwa Grade 12 Prayer Day organised by the Limpopo Department of Education and Bakgaga baga Mothapo.The prayer day was held on 13 October 2023 at Ga-Mothapo Moshate under Polokwane Municipality. Cllr Mahlatji gave a message of support on behalf of the Executive Mayor Cllr Mamedupi Teffo who is very passionate and holds issues of education very close to her heart.
Capricorn District Municipality wished all Grade 12 learners the best of luck in their final exam and a prosperous future.
“It is said that prayer is a conversation with the divine, a way to seek guidance, strength, and inner peace. As you prepare for your final exam, this prayer session serves as a moment of quiet reflection and connection, a space where you can seek solace, wisdom, and inspiration,” said Cllr Mahlatji.
“You are in grade 12 this year and you are here facing your ultimate test because you have put in countless hours of hard work over the years as well as dedication, and perseverance since January. You have diligently absorbed knowledge and you now stand on the cusp of success,” added Cllr Mahlatji.
He emphasised that however the situation, “But it is important to remember that no matter how well-prepared you are, there are external factors beyond your control, factors which need a prayer so you can ask for the inner strength to overcome any distractions that may arise.”
