CDM through its Department of Planning, Economic Management Services hosted a Special Management Strategic Planning Session, at the Council Chamber on 25 February 2025.The session aims to take management through ways they can improve the municipalityβs Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on its Service Delivery & Budget Implementation Plan.
In attendance is the Municipal Manager Ramakuntwane Selepe, the Chairperson of Performance Management Services Audit committee Thabsile Ranape, Dr Abraham Ndlovu from Accord Kalos Academy took the Managers through the municipalityβs SDBIP, what should be done and where we need to change.
