CDM hold the 3rd IDP Rep Forum

Capricorn District Municipality held the 3rd IDP Representative Forum on 13 May 2019 at Bolivia Lodge in Polokwane. MMC for LED Cllr Sammy Selamolela was presenting the draft 2019/2020 IDP/Budget Acting on behalf of the Executive Mayor Cllr John Mpe. This was the last IDP consultative forum held prior adoption of the 2019/2020 IDP/Budget.

The 2019/2020 IDP/Budget process milestone started with the first IDP Rep forum that took place on 24 July 2018 and 2nd session held on 5 March 2019. Other IDP engagement sessions held included approval of IDP Process plan, departmental and management strategic planning sessions, draft IDP/Budget engagement session with councillors, approval of draft IDP/Budget by council, public consultations with sector departments, NGOs/CBOs, business and academics, Magoshi, district lekgotla and organizational strategic planning, state of the district address and council debate on SODA.
