The Capricorn District Municipality Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) held a public hearing on the Institutional Performance Report for Quarter 1 of 2024-2025 Financial Year. The session was led by MPAC Chairperson Cllr. Lisbeth Mothata.The Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Corporate Services Cllr Sammy Selamolela led the team responding to MPAC questions on behalf of the Executive Mayor Cllr Mamedupi Teffo who was unavailable due to ill health.
The team of Executive Management was led by Municipal Manager Ramakutwane Selepe. The public hearing was conducted in accordance with Section 44 of the Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000. The proceedings of the session were streamed live on Facebook and YouTube. The session was held as hybrid on 10 December 2024.
