“As Capricorn District we will always support and assist you in every way possible,” said Cllr Jara Masubelele. CDM visited Helena Frans Special School in Senwabarwana as part of its back to school campaign. The visit took place on 19 February 2021 at Senwabarwana in the Blouberg Local Municipality.
The municipality also encouraged the learners to look after themselves during this time of covid-19 and to follow all protocols.
Helena Franz Special School produced formidable wheelchair tennis player Kgothatso Montjane, who competes at international level.
