Capricorn District Municipality held the 2nd IDP Representative Forum consultation session at Bolivia Lodge in Polokwane on 16 March 2022.
The session was part of the IDP Consultaion process wherein the municipality consult and present to the IDP Representative Forum the Draft 2022/2023 Integrated Development Plan Projects and budget. The platform also affords stakeholders the opportunity to give comments and inputs on the information presented.
This was the 2nd consultation of the IDP Representative Forum by the municipality in the current financial year. The municipality was still going to consult with other stakeholders before tabling the final 2022/2023 IDP Budget to the Council mid 2022. The consultation was also attended by Traditional Leaders, Councillors and other stakeholders.
