Capricorn District Municipality held Magoshi Forum on 13 March 2020 at Polokwane Royal Hotel in Polokwane. The good governance takes diverse forms of honing district municipality’s systems by engaging stakeholders and reporting to them throughout its planning and service delivery cycle.
The municipality met with traditional leaders from across the District at the Magoshi Forum. The forum launched last year meets on quaterly basis as part of strengthening relations amongst traditional leaders and the municipality. The aim of the session was to ensure that there is a single mind in serving communities, particularly in respect of spatial planning and access to land.
The session included presentations from the Independent Electoral Commission, Eskom, Municipal Health and the Department of Health.
