On 15 July 2026, Capricorn District Municipality (CDM) successfully concluded its Human Resources Information Sessions with employees at the Lepelle-Nkumpi Satellite Office, marking the final session of the programme.
The initiative was aimed at empowering employees with a better understanding of key workplace policies, procedures and performance management processes to promote accountability, compliance and professional development.
The session covered important topics including Job Descriptions, Performance Plans, Performance Development Plans, Skills Audit Forms, Leave Plans, Leave Management as a performance target, and the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) Injury on Duty Policy.
