CDM Municipality
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) and Section 22 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that the Council approved the Draft 2018/2019 IDP/Budget at its Ordinary Council meeting held on Wednesday, 28 March 2018 at 10h00 at the Municipal Council Chamber.
In terms of Section 21 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act No 32 or 2000) the municipality hereby notifies the local community that the approved document is available for inspection at the following places and on the municipal website (www.cdm.org.za): CDM offices at 41 Biccard Street, Local Municipalities offices (Blouberg, Lepelle-Nkumpi, Polokwane and Molemole) and Satellite Offices/Fire Stations during normal office hours (08h00-16h30), Traditional Authorities and Libraries within the district. Written comments can be submitted to the Municipal Manager, Capricorn District Municipality, 41 Biccard Street Polokwane for 21 days from date of this advert.
