The 4th of December 2025, marked a new beginning for five young and vibrant individuals who officially joined the Capricorn District Municipality family. Before taking up their roles across various sites, the team underwent a two-day induction programme from 02–03 December 2025 to prepare them for their duties.We proudly welcome them to the Home of Excellence, a place of growth, opportunity, and service. They joined the Infrastructure Department team as Driver Operators and General Workers, strengthening the Operations and Maintenance unit and supporting improved service delivery across the district.
