Notice is hereby given that the Capricorn District Municipal Council, at its ordinary Council meeting of 30 January 2018, adopted the 2017/2018 Mid-year Performance Assessment Report in terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000). The Approved Report is available on the municipal website www.cdm.org.za.
2016/17 DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 127 (5) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), read with Section 21A of the Local Government Municipal System Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), as amended, that Capricorn District Municipal Council approved the 2016/17 Draft Annual Report at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 30 January 2018.
The 2016/17 Draft Annual Report is available for public inspection and submission of representations on the Capricorn District Municipal Website: www.cdm.gov.za and copies can be obtained from the Municipal Office at 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane and our local municipality offices at Blouberg, Lepelle-Nkumpi, Molemole and Polokwane.
