Bids sealed in an envelope clearly indicating the bid number and the Project Name and the address of the bidder should be placed in the tender box at Capricorn District Municipality, 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane not later than the specified closing date and time. Telegraphic, telefax or e-mail bids will not be accepted. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.Β
