PLACING OF THE REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) 2024/25 AS APPROVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL AND SIGNED OFF BY THE EXECUTIVE MAYOR)
Section 54 (1) (c) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 allows the mayor of a municipality to make revision of the Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) provided that revisions to the service delivery targets and performance indicators in the plan may only be made with the approval of the Council following the approval of an adjustment budget.
Kindly note that on 26 February 2025 and following approval of the budget adjustment, the Municipal Council approved the Revised Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) 2024/25.
The Executive Mayor has since signed off the approved Revised Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) 2024/25 as fore-mentioned.
The Accounting Officer hereby place and display the attached Revised Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) 2024/25 as approved by the Municipal Council and signed off by the Executive Mayor on the Municipality’s website for consumption of the community as required by section 75(1)(e) and section 75(2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 read with Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, No.32 of 2000.
