Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary meeting of the Council of Capricorn District Municipality (CDM) will be held on Friday, 27 January 2023 at 10h00 in the CDM Council Chamber, mainly to consider the Mid-Year Organisational Performance Report in terms of s 52 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 and the 2021/2022 Annual Report, tabled by the Executive Mayor in accordance with Section 127 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 200 and amended policies of the institution.
The meeting will be live-streamed on the municipality’s official social media channels. A link for virtual streaming will be provided on the day of the meeting.
