Capricorn District Municipality hereby, in terms of Section 21 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act No: 32 of 2000 as amended, invites organisations and Community Members within Capricorn District Municipality to Public Participation meeting on the above stated By-Law which will be held as follows:

Organisations and community members within the mentioned municipalities are also invited to submit their comments on the above mentioned By-Law; Copies of the By-Law can be obtained at the Capricorn District Municipal Offices at 41 Biccard Street POLOKWANE 0700 or website at www.cdm.org.za and at all Local Municipal Offices
